From gradually deepening engagement with your sensual and erotic energies, you are gently led through processes that weave libido and heart intimately together. And delightful as these experiences may be, they are in themselves stepping-stones leading to the quintessence of Tantra, where sensual and erotic love becomes a voyage into mystical oneness with the infinite. Body, Heart & Soul Four brings soul into all you subsequently know as making love.
Your completion of Body, Heart & Soul One has prepared you for this experience. During these 7 days, carefully choreographed processes, trance journeys, meditations and rituals are interspersed with circle time and small group sharings. They all play their parts in guiding you into rich presence in your senses, sensuality and heart as you meet one another in intimate encounters of libido and love; these may naturally become erotic when consensually welcomed.
The Art of Being meditation brings a special feature to these adventures. The energy states that you move through in the meditation – instinct, desire, power, heart, being, soul and the infinite (traditionally known as chakras) – are presented now as keys to a variety of discoveries. Exploring how you enjoy and appreciate or on the other hand resist and suppress any of these energy states in your meetings with others brings not only fascinating insights but also reconciliation and healing to your relationship with your body, feelings, heart and soul. Qualities such as self-trust, playfulness, emotional aliveness, authenticity, receptivity and meditative stillness awaken and become more and more established in you as you explore.
