For these two weeks Ciranda is the ART OF BEING COMMUNITY that we manifest together: it is you breaking out of your northern winter to bask in the light of the sun and the lightness of being, and the team of care-takers and helpers who join Alan to create the space in which you can relax, open, explore, learn, heal and celebrate all the gifts of being.

High on Life is no ordinary holiday. This 2-week transformational vacation, designed and guided by Alan, offers you an experience you will treasure your whole life, and the sweetest home-coming you could imagine. Maybe you need to explore some challenging aspect of your life. Perhaps you just wish to replenish yourself. Or you want to break out of inner and outer restrictions that limit your joie de vivre. Or you need to let go of something you have carried too long.
There are so many good reasons, and you don't have to have any! Sometimes an inner voice simply whispers, "Yes!" The gifts come anyway.

And for those who wish, there is more! In the second week there is a 2-day trip to take in the magic of Rio de Janeiro, with grandstand seats for the night at Rio's fabled CARNIVAL!

On our return to Ciranda, Alan's dear friend and master-musician Carioca joins us to guide SAMASATI, the sacred circle where we sing together with him for two nights to enter the realm of vision and the mystical.
Many of you have blissed out on Carioca's songs at the end of the morning Art of Being meditation in Alan's workshops. Now you can experience his music and his delightful presence live! And for those who prefer a quieter and more regular day-night rhythm there will be a sweet alternative programme during these days.


HIGH ON LIFE!

Mornings!
Each day begins with one of Alan's guided meditations. After breakfast we gather together as a circle with Alan to share, open, explore and learn. The intimate family community that gradually forms among us is a beautiful blue-print for how to nurture and celebrate all that The Art of Being means. Here you are able to live your dreams and longings, share your stories, release the burdens you've been carrying, and find inner aspects that you thought you had lost or never knew you had.

Afternoons!
Afternoon is your time to simply enjoy, explore, relax. Time to rediscover innocent playfulness, to wander the forest trails, wash the world away under a waterfall, to share deep intimacies, to bask in balmy solitude with only the sounds and sights of nature or music to accompany you, lounge with a friend in a hammock or chat over afternoon refreshments.

Evenings!
In the evenings we are in the circle again. Deep explorations, intimate sharing, and naturally, the music! If you are familiar with Alan's workshops, you know that you could be dancing your rocks off, melting into ecstasy or trance-journeying into mystical awareness. Whatever the invitation, the music is sublime.

Final days
In the final days there is time to assimilate and integrate all that has happened so that you can bring it all back home and continue to live in the celebration of BEING.
